I selected a larger pattern size for this bodysuit; with the main idea of this being a non-stretch bodysuit. There will be little give with the finished fabric/foam suit. To make it easy to pull out my seams later I based my pattern pieces together using a long stitch setting on my machine and red thread. The Red thread made for easy seam-ripping later (due to the large stitch length, I was able to carefully pull my seams apart by hand!)
This is what it looked like without arms/legs and before test fitting and any adjustments were made. I made sure to iron my pattern pieces prior to sewing them together, this helped take out any wrinkles that had set into the muslin.

After making the needed alterations after our initial testing fitting ; we are ready to add the arms and legs to this frankenstein creation. It was important to make sure everything fit perfect prior to adding the appendages!
So far so good, Tenno!
