Charlotte Linlin, better known as "Big Mom", is the captain of the Big Mom Pirates and was formerly one of the Four Emperors ruling over the New World, as the only female member of that group. She is the matriarch of the very large Charlotte Family, whose many children make up the infrastructure of her crew.[20] She is also the creator of the unique race of creatures known as Homies, who mainly inhabit all of Totto Land, and happily serve her.

Napoleon the Bicorne is a homie taking the form of a bicorne hat that is worn by Big Mom. He can also become a sword homie that Big Mom uses in combat. He is a special kind of homie, as he received a soul fragment from Big Mom herself, and serves as one of her personal weapons alongside Prometheus and Hera, and formerly Zeus.

The Big Mom Pirates' Jolly Roger is a skull with thick lips and wearing a pirate tricorne based on their captain's appearance, on a fluffy background (which could represent Linlin's hair in some fashion) with several candy canes crossed behind it (one on the right, three stacked together on the left), in place of normal crossbones. A tree is seen coming out of the cane on the bottom right.
Jolly Roger Fabrication Process:
[1] We started with drawing out a TWO foot by THREE foot flag design.
[2] Cut out individual pattern pieces, in their FULL design.
[3] PREP both sides of flag; Use light-weight Interfacing to (TWO) 2ft x 3ft 4in (including black 100% cotton fabric
[4] Using 100% cotton fabric; APPLY Heat ‘n Bond to the back of each pattern piece.
[5] Mark where piece overlap
[6] Satin-stitch EACH applique perimeter. Careful to remember that not ALL outline is done in BLACK thread.
[7] REPEAT above steps for backside of flag.
[8] LINE ‘pole-pocket’ with more Black Fabric + Interfacing for stability
[9] Iron TWO Jolly Roger sides together
[10] CREATE 3/8” double-fold bias tape
[11] Sew flag perimeter together
[12] POLE PREP - Sand, Fill, Sand, Stain, Poly, Sands, Poly, Sand, Poly wooden pole

Big Mom’s hair is relatively medium length, thick, and wavy. I wanted to find a wig base that was not as full at the scalp. Charlotte wears a bandana on her head and I want to limit any unwanted slipping.
With the help of my Twitch and Discord community; we have selected Uniqso’s Sweety Anime 2 Yellow/Orange contacts for The Captain of the Big Mom pirates. Something that was not too red, and would compliment her hat and hair.
SHOES
On the hunt for some RED patent closed toe pumps. Something sensible that will fit my petite feet, and also not break the cosplay bank.
When I saw Big Mom’s reference art and the shoes she was wearing; I knew that a TRUE pirate would go for some patent pumps. Afterall a they are easier to clean! They also give the same ‘aesthetics’ as the rubber water boots.
